What kind of support does Golden Krust provide to their franchisees?

In order that to assist franchisees in having a successful business experience, Golden Krust provide the following support package;

1 · Assistance with Site Selection. Management helps to chose locations that are in densely populated areas in order to facilitate maximum patronage.

2· Development and Construction as required. Size of building may vary but layout and color has to be identical to others.

3· Manuals for operations, training, design & construction.

4· Training. Before going to work, each employee is required to undergo training in a real world (Golden Krust) training environment.

5· Field service. Regional Managers periodically inspect and evaluate each location to ensure that they operate within the set guidelines.

6· Operational support. Recommendations are made (where required) on how to maximize the operational effectiveness of individual franchise.

7· Marketing. Golden krust Head Quarters is responsible for marketing of the brand.
