Here are some obligations that Golden Krust Franchisees are expected to maintain .
Franchise rights for the Golden Krust restaurants are granted for a term of ten (10) years. During that time, a royalty of three percent (3%) or two hundred and fifty dollars (250.00) (whichever is greater) of gross revenue is payable on a basis to Golden Krust Franchising Inc, and is collected by an Electronic Funds Transfer System. In addition, franchisees are also required to set aside two percent (2%) of gross revenue towards advertising. One percent (1%) payable on the first day of each month and one percent (1%) spent annually on local advertising.
